A global survey revealed the best airports in the world, based on comfort, service and organization.

The world’s passenger-pleasing airports are ranked in a user-defined ranking.

Airports Council International collected nearly 600,000 traveler surveys at more than 400 airports around the world and revealed passengers’ favorites.

The airline industry is getting bigger every year, and as such, the experience of traveling on one of these companies should be the flagship.

While the issue of safety remains paramount, the ranking seeks to understand the reasons why a user is most attracted to an airline.

The best airports in the world according to the Airports Council International have a big label, called: quality.

Passenger traffic, flight punctuality and delays, parking value and the repertoire of stores and restaurants are elements to consider.

Passengers waiting for a delayed flight, faulty facilities or poor service by employees are factors that can alter the beautiful experience of traveling to another city or country.

And that is why the best airports in the world according to the Airports Council International try to avoid discomfort with general rules that must be complied with.

  • Yogyakarta International Airport, in Indonesia

The Best Airports in the United States

A study reveals the best airports in the United States, based on user satisfaction.

These include major U.S. airports, with the number one most satisfactory airport in 2023, Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport, improving its score by 9 points over last year to a score of 800.

The airport improved in all areas, with strong performance improvements. in the areas of TSA, baggage claim and food, beverage and retail, Taylor said.

Last year’s best-performing airport, Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport, fell to No. 2 with a score of 796.
