“México in My Voice” the new production by Christian Nodal

México in My Voice” is the latest production by the Mexican artist Christian Nodal, who pays tribute to his homeland.

Mexican singer Christian Nodal has released the album “México in My Voice” as a homage to his native country, its roots, ancestors, and culture.

This first EP chapter features five songs interpreted in his unique style while following tradition.

“México in My Voice” is a tribute that marks the beginning of a tradition promising to continue year after year: paying homage to the songs, authors, and singers that left a mark on his childhood, life, and legacy.

“This EP means a lot to me; I’m from Sonora, and on September 16, traditional Mexican music is heard in every home.

I’ve wanted to recreate precious pieces that were left by the great interpreters of Mexican music for a long time,” explains Nodal the idea behind “México in My Voice.”

It’s worth noting that Nodal, who is currently on a break from his ‘Foraji2 Tour’ in the United States and will resume on September 21 in Houston, Texas, was involved in every detail of this EP, from song selection to production and the final result.

“We chose 5 songs; it was very difficult, a very beautiful process, and we enjoyed some great tequilas along the way. What I can tell you is that you’re going to love it if you hold Mexico in your heart. It doesn’t matter if you’re not Mexican; this album is for you, and if you are Mexican, even more so. I love you all a lot,” Nodal shared.

The 5 songs that make up this EP are “Acá Entre Nos” by Martín Urieta, “Mujeres Divinas” by Martín Urieta, “La Ley del Monte” by José Ángel Espinoza, “La Media Vuelta” by José Alfredo Jiménez, and “Ya Lo Sé Que Tú Te Vas” by Alberto Aguilera Valadez, known to all as Juan Gabriel.

Nodal is one of the most successful regional Mexican singer-songwriters, with 5 Latin GRAMMYs, 8 Latin Billboard Awards, 11 Latin AMA Awards, 8 Premios Juventud Awards, and recognition for his ‘Extraordinary Evolution’ at the Latin AMA Awards, as well as 2 Tu Música Urbana Awards and 10 Lo Nuestro Awards.
