The candidates for Morena’s candidacies for each of the states of Mexico who will undergo surveys are already known.
This Friday, October 13, the list of Morena candidates who will participate in the final survey to determine the party’s candidates for the position of Head of Government of Mexico City (CDMX) and 8 states of the country in 2024 was announced.
Among the states, Chiapas, Guanajuato, Jalisco, Morelos, Puebla, Tabasco, Veracruz, and Yucatán stand out.
Through his X account, the national leader of the party, Mario Delgado, revealed the names of the aspirants who will compete to become State Coordinators of the Committees for the Defense of the Transformation.

¿When will the Morena candidates for 2024 be announced?
The national leadership of Morena has defined its “corcholatas” or aspirants who will undergo surveys to designate their “coordinators” and future candidates in the eight regions and in CDMX. The official candidate for Morena in the 2024 elections will be selected from among these.
In addition to the four aspirants sent by the nine State Councils, the national leadership of the party included other names, including several who were not chosen in the local designations.
The results of the surveys that will determine the “coordinators” and potential Morena candidates in the local elections next year will be announced on October 30.
