The Las Vegas Grand Prix began in an unexpected manner with crashes, pit stops, and a Safety Car deployed in the first lap.
This shuffled the grid, and later, an incident involving Lando Norris led to another Safety Car.
Fernando Alonso, Carlos Sainz, Lewis Hamilton, and Valtteri Bottas were impacted, dropping to the bottom of the grid.
Checo Pérez also faced challenges in the Las Vegas Grand Prix, compelled to pit to change the wing.
Meanwhile, the battle for the runner-up position was underway, with Lewis Hamilton doing what’s necessary to finish ahead of Checo Pérez.

In the final laps, Verstappen lined up well and led the Las Vegas Grand Prix without major issues. Unexpectedly, Charles Leclerc went off in a turn and was overtaken by Checo Pérez just a few laps from the end.
Another race for Verstappen
At the moment, Checo Pérez was having an impressive race, considering he had been relegated to 16th place after the early incidents.
Meanwhile, Hamilton entered the points zone after starting towards the back of the grid. The Briton began chasing the Spaniards ahead.
With little time left, the former champion overtook Alonso. In the closing stages of the race, Nico Hulkenberg and later Yuki Tsunoda retired. In the final stretch, Leclerc managed to overtake Checo Pérez in the Las Vegas Grand Prix, leaving the Mexican with the third position.
